- ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY CHARGES ?
There are no Delivery charges. You will get all the items you have ordered at your doorsteps, in accordance to the plan you have selected

There are all sorts of books available such as picture books, story books, math books, infant books, educational/informative books, concept, phonic and grammar, flashcards, worksheets, etc. You can find all these items in our online catalogue.

- HOW MANY BOOKS AND TOYS I CAN RENT AT A TIME ?
You can rent books and toys according to the number of points you have in the membership plan which you have selected.
- WHAT IS THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF MEMBERSHIP?
Minimum period of membership is 3 month. Other plans are available for a longer period like for 6 months or 12 months.
- CAN CORPORATE/COMPANY/SCHOOL APPLY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION FOR ITS EMPLOYEES ?

Yes, it is mandatory to register before you place the order. Registering with our website helps us get more information about you which is needed to further place your order.
- CAN I KEEP MY ACCOUNT ON FREEZE MODE /TAKE A BREAK ?
You can keep your account on hold /freeze for 12 months. But this can be done only after the completion of your existing plan. After 12 months of hold, you will be charged a registration fees again of Rs.500/-.
- WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ?

- HOW DO I CANCEL MEMBERSHIP AND GET MY SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK ?
Please get in touch with us by writing to us on email@example.com or by giving us a call on 8080388388. We will return your Security Deposit within 4 working days, after deducting any balance dues or amount for damage of Toys/Books. Any unused amount of your membership plan for cannot be refunded.

We have design our portal to make the searching process simple for you. Just follow these simple steps: 1.Search filter – It will help you to search narrowing your search down to several categories and sub-categories such as age, types of play, material, etc. 2. Filter selections are according a lot of factors such as types of play, types of books, categories in toys and books , age, points, etc. This makes your searching process extremely simple.
- WHAT IS CART OPTION MEANT FOR ?
Cart is a provision for you to add the toys you want to place the order for at once.
- WHAT IS A WISH LIST ?
Wish List is a list in which you can add the Toys and Books that you would like to rent out in future. You can refer your Wish List to shortlist the items you want to rent out and you can place the order accordingly.
- WHAT IF THE TOY DELIVERED TO ME IS BROKEN OR NOT IN A GOOD CONDITION ?
To avoid hassles we request you to check each and every product carefully at the time of delivery. If you notice any kind of damage, you can refuse to receive the item at the time of delivery and we would send a replacement as soon as possible.
- WHAT IF MY CHILD BREAK OR DAMAGES THE TOYS /BOOKS ?
We fully empathize with our members in such events. If the Toy/Book is damaged in such a way that it does not impact the functionality of the Toy/Book, then you can pay us only the depreciated price of the toy/book which is 20% of the MRP. But if the damage renders the products unusable, it becomes necessary for us to replace the product to make it available to other members. In such cases, we would seek your cooperation by providing same product to us or paying the 80 % of the MRP of the product.
- HOW WILL I REMEMBER WHEN I HAVE TO RETURN THE TOYS ?
Don’t worry. We are here to remind you . We give you a reminder at least 4 to 5 days in advance via email or message.
- ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES OR LATE FEES ?
No! We don’t charge any late fees. However your next month’s rental cycle will start with the same set of toys and if your current membership plan is over then you need to return the toys or renew your membership within 4 days.
- IF MY CHILD LIKES THE TOY, CAN I KEEP IT FOR MORE DAYS ?
Yes, you can keep the toys and book for extended time. You just need to inform us about it in advance by call or email and we will adjust your points in the next month’s cycle. However we suggest you to keep rotating them to get more variety of items during your subscription period.
- HOW DO YOU ENSURE THAT ALL YOUR PRODUCTS ARE CLEAN?
We have your child’s hygiene and health as our prime importance. Every single toy we receive is cleaned and sanitized before re-renting them out to others. All toys have different cleaning processes which are material specific and are performed by our extremely skilled staff with utmost care and precision.
- DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE TOYS BEFORE RETURNING THEM BACK ?
Yes, we would highly appreciate if products are in clean and good condition while returning. It makes our process faster and more efficient.
- WHAT IF I AM NOT AT HOME OR IN TOWN ON THE DATE OF DELIVERY OR PICK-UP?
Before delivery we would inform you date and approximate time of delivery. In case any changes are needed at your end, you can call us on 08080388388 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We would try our best to adjust to you required delivery timing and date.
- ARE THERE ANY EXTRA DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Yes. We do provide this option but for every additional delivery you will be charge accordingly.
- HOW MANY DAYS DOES THE DELIVERY OF AN ORDER TAKES ?
We will try our best to get the items delivered within 2 to 3 business days after placing the order. This Applies to the new orders as well as exchange orders. We will call you beforehand for any specific delivery requirements you might have.
